Wie aber bringt man diese durchaus durchdachten und f\u00fcr sich genommen ja auch sehr wirksamen Ans\u00e4tze in die Organisationen? Wie setzen wir all die sch\u00f6nen Ideen um? Was k\u00f6nnen wir engagierten Change-Agents, BeraterInnen, Coaches, Agile Coaches, TeamentwicklerInnen und auch: InhaberInnen, ManagerInnen, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, MitarbeiterInnen tun?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Lass es uns mit Open Space Agility tun!<\/h2>\n<p>Denn ihr gelingt, woran viele andere Change-Ans\u00e4tze kranken: Singul\u00e4re Ma\u00dfnahmen, die oft auch an singul\u00e4ren Punkten ansetzen, k\u00f6nnen selten bis nie nachhaltige Wirkung in der gesamten Organisation entfalten, geschweige denn eine ganze Kultur pr\u00e4gen. Mit Ausnahme nat\u00fcrlich einer Kultur, die auf die Verbesserung einzelner Stellen im System fokussiert. Open Space Agility nimmt von Anfang an die gesamte Organisation mit, indem so viele Menschen wir m\u00f6glich eingeladen werden, am beabsichtigen Wandel mitzugestalten.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil der Open Space Agility ist also<\/h2>\n<p>dass sie Ans\u00e4tze der systemischen (und \u00fcbrigens unausgesprochen auch der system<em>theoretischen<\/em>) Organisationentwicklung mit agilen Grunds\u00e4tzen und Methoden verbindet. Und mit systemischen Gro\u00dfgruppenmethoden. Hier vor allem eben &#8211; wie der Name verr\u00e4t &#8211; der Open Space Technology des legend\u00e4ren Harrison Owen (der ein Vorwort zum Buch spendiert).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Das Buch ist f\u00fcr die praktische Anwendung geschrieben.
