Da kommt einiges zusammen, so viel steht fest. Hier der dritte Teil der vermutlich langen Reihe. Heute: Frederic Laloux: Reinventing Organizations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Noch vor kurzem<\/h1>\n<p>w\u00e4re ich durch&#8217;s Phrasenschwein arm geworden. Schon gar nicht mit ihrem bisherigen oder auch mit besserem Handwerkszeug.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Und oft K\u00d6NNEN sie das gar nicht erkennen.<\/h2>\n<p>Weil ihnen die jetzt hilfreiche Hubschrauber-Perspektive entweder verstellt ist. Oder auch v\u00f6llig egal.<\/p>\n<p>Und so versuchen sie weiterhin die Probleme eben mit jenen Mitteln zu l\u00f6sen, die sie kennen. Nur, um damit schnell an ihre Grenzen zu sto\u00dfen. Aufmerksame Menschen merken dann, dass sie Hilfe brauchen. Dann heuern sie oft BeraterInnen und Profis wie uns an.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Wir versuchen dann gemeinsam mit den Klienten herauszufinden<\/h2>\n<p>woraus das Problem wirklich besteht (also z.B. ob es lokal, global oder sogar beides ist) und welche L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze sinnvoll und zielf\u00fchrend sind.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00fcher geh\u00f6rte dazu oft, ja sogar (fast) ausschlie\u00dflich, Root Cause Analysis zu betreiben, fehlende Kompetenzen zu ermitteln und an der exakt richtigen Stelle zu schulen. Genau das kann man im bahnbrechenden und zurecht sehr erfolgreichen Bestsellers von Frederic Laloux nachlesen.<\/p>\n<p>Laloux, seines Zeichens sehr erfahrener Unternehmensberater mit interessanter pers\u00f6nlicher Biographie, erkl\u00e4rt, wie und warum sich die (Wirtschafts-) Welt in den letzten Jahrhunderten im Gro\u00dfen ver\u00e4ndert hat und was das f\u00fcr die Unternehmen und ihre Strukturen bedeutete. Im Allgemeinen und Speziellen.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu erl\u00e4utert er im ersten Teil des Buches einige sozio-\u00f6konomische Entwicklungsmodelle und welchen Einfluss sie auf welche Organisationsformen hatten und haben. UND sie sehen viel schneller und leichter L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze, die sie wiederum z\u00fcgig umsetzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Doch Laloux&#8217; Basisarbeit bei den theoretischen Modelle ist nur EIN Geheimnis des gro\u00dfen Erfolgs f\u00fcr dieses Buch: Frederic Laloux portr\u00e4tiert in seinem Buch zus\u00e4tzlich viele Firmen, die sich aufmachen oder aufgemacht haben, neue organisatorische Wege zu gehen. Und wo man hinkommen KANN in den Beispielen der erfolgreichen konkreten Firmenprofilen.<\/p>\n<p>Das alles verspr\u00fcht Aufbruchstimmung, macht Mut und motiviert ungemein, was an sich schon toll ist.
