Diese Tagsache ist wichtig und m\u00f6glichst laut und bestimmt anzumerken.<\/p>\n<p>Denn die bekannten und weitverbreiteten agilen Arbeitsrahmen wie z.B. Aber es f\u00fchrt auch dazu, dass Menschen im ersten Moment oft \u00fcbersehen, dass agile Arbeitsrahmen eben genau das sind: konkrete Rahmen, die es mit dem EIGENEN Leben zu f\u00fcllen gilt. Heute brauchen wir deshalb oft mehr organisatorischen Freiraum.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Beispiel beim Neudesign und bei der Markteinf\u00fchrung von Produkten, beim Arbeiten in und an Projekten, beim reibungslosen Implementieren von neuen Features oder beim Organisieren und Abarbeiten von gleichbleibenden und auch gleichf\u00f6rmigeren Service-Aufgaben.<\/p>\n<p>Hier brauchen wir einen Freiraum, der NICHT auf generelle organisatorische Absprachen und Verantwortungsbereiche verzichtet. Diese wird oft mit dem so genannten Deming-Kreis beschrieben:\u00a0<b>Planning &#8211; Doing &#8211; Checking &#8211; Adjusting<\/b>. Bei ganzheitlicher Betrachtung der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfung und deren Entstehung. Und bei maximalem Kunden- bzw. Da kann man nichts falsch machen!<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span data-keep-original-tag=\"false\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;style&quot;:&quot;&quot;}\">All jenen, jedoch, die dar\u00fcber hinaus interessiert,<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-keep-original-tag=\"false\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;style&quot;:&quot;&quot;}\">wie gr\u00f6\u00dfere Projekte oder Unternehmungen agil zu organisieren sind, k\u00f6nnte das vielleicht nicht reichen. Nat\u00fcrlich sollten Sie zun\u00e4chst verstehen, wie Agilit\u00e4t grunds\u00e4tzlich, also im Kleineren funktioniert, bevor Sie sich der Frage zuwenden, wie Agile in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Kontexten funktionieren kann. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-keep-original-tag=\"false\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;style&quot;:&quot;&quot;}\">Jeff Sutherland, einer der Erfinder von Scrum, haut an dieser Stelle gerne den gar nicht so lustigen, sondern sogar begr\u00fcndeten Schenkelklopfer raus: &#8220;If you scale shit, you get scaled shit.&#8221; Mit anderen Worten: Wer schlecht verstandenes oder funktionierendes Scrum skaliert, wird skaliertes schlecht verstandenes oder funktionierendes Scrum bekommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-keep-original-tag=\"false\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;style&quot;:&quot;&quot;}\">Dennoch: F\u00fcr skaliertes Scrum empfehle ich, sich mit &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrum.org\/resources\/nexus-guide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;data-original-href&quot;:&quot;https:\/\/www.scrum.org\/resources\/nexus-guide&quot;,&quot;target&quot;:&quot;_blank&quot;}\">Nexus<\/a>&#8221; und &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrumatscale.com\/scrum-at-scale-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-original-attrs=\"{&quot;data-original-href&quot;:&quot;https:\/\/www.scrumatscale.com\/scrum-at-scale-guide\/&quot;,&quot;target&quot;:&quot;_blank&quot;}\">Scrum@Scale<\/a>&#8221; zu besch\u00e4ftigen.
