But now you still have a few questions? You&#8217;re not alone. For instance, I&#8217;ve recently been asked:<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Who wants to get into Agile project management: How should he or she proceed?<\/h1>\n<p>The simple answer of an Agilist can only be: Start! And do it as a team. And with these kinds of questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why do you want to change something? What should be achieved with agile measures differently and also different?<\/li>\n<li>What result do you expect? In concrete terms?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2502 size-medium lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Piktogramm-To-Do-224x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Piktogramm-To-Do-224x300.jpg 224w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Piktogramm-To-Do.jpg 496w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 224px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 224\/300;\" \/>Then, of course<\/h2>\n<p>it also makes sense to get an overview of the basics and different forms of agile working frameworks. Scrum, for example, is well suited for project teams. A training course is recommended. Or you do &#8211; for now &#8211; as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ALL of you, read the Scrum Guide.<\/li>\n<li>Read it through again.<\/li>\n<li>Talk briefly about what you think you have understood.<\/li>\n<li>Then all read through the Scrum Guide again.<\/li>\n<li>And then sit down together and talk concretely about what you want to implement and how.<\/li>\n<li>Try this out for a while, check the results again and again. The coach comes in occasionally and helps the teams to organize themselves in an Agile way.<\/p>\n<p>It is pretty unfamiliar to work in an Agile way, and it also requires a few skills that are not readily available, e.g. a good conflict culture. That&#8217;s where a coach helps immensely.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>In any case, I wish you a lot of fun!
