That is why we for example speak of &#8220;resources&#8221; or &#8220;gears&#8221; in the big &#8220;enterprise gearbox&#8221;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>This worldview is widely shared because of such organizing, working, talking, and acting was THE success pattern par excellence in the mass production business of the 20th century<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And it still is for many business processes today.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-782 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Piktogramm-Zahnraeder.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"713\" height=\"520\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Piktogramm-Zahnraeder.jpg 713w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Piktogramm-Zahnraeder-300x219.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 713px) 100vw, 713px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 713px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 713\/520;\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Agility, however, has moved beyond this worldview.<\/h2>\n<p>Not because organizational patterns built on this worldview are bad or worse per se. But rather because it is no longer helpful for many of today&#8217;s business challenges.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>And even more: They prevent us from being successful<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Because today it is just less and less about mass production and more and more about individualized, customized, very very close to the market, quickly available and carried into the broad services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Agile working methods clearly involve<\/h2>\n<p>very much methodological and even very strongly processual approaches. All the more it is &#8211; by all means! &#8211; to emphasize:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Agile is precisely NOT about standardized structures or processes that somehow have to be &#8220;implemented&#8221;. It is about frameworks that each organization has to fill with the workflows and processes that are helpful and appropriate for them.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-540 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1425\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-1024x570.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-768x428.jpg 768w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-1536x855.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/trellisterium.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/System-2048x1140.jpg 2048w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 2560px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 2560\/1425;\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>With this, organizations are more commonly viewed as &#8220;organisms.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>The complex (as opposed to complicated), adaptive, actually learning-adapting element in cooperation and living together is thus recognized.<\/p>\n<p>Above all else (of course), this is in production and customer relationships.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>THIS is WHY Agile is so popular as an organizational form these days. Because unlike its hierarchical, process-driven, machine-like, somewhat coercive sister called &#8220;command-and-control&#8221;, it takes care of the changing, rather more creative and so no longer predictable business cases that have been driving us for some time now and will continue to do so in the connected information age<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>It cannot be emphasized often and loudly enough:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>It is less and less about stable mass production, which we actually know by heart (and vice versa).<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Since Google and Amazon at the latest (!), it is more and more about <strong>Services, Services, SERVICES!\u00a0<\/strong>And they can not be organized with the means of mass production. But is that necessary?<\/p>\n<p>Wouldn&#8217;t it be more reasonable to clarify first where Agile can help you most in the short, medium, and long term? In order to then take the necessary steps?<\/p>\n<p>This way, you wouldn&#8217;t have to bully a large part of the workforce with the typical restructuring nonsense and pay for the usual collateral damage (&#8220;If you don&#8217;t become Agile, you&#8217;re fired!&#8221;).
