I often make the mistake \u2013 against my better judgement, of course \u2013 of not writing down flashes of inspiration immediately. An idea flies through my head, sometimes it\u2019s even a good one.<\/p>\n

Then I think to myself that I should actually write it down right away. Often, however, there is no opportunity at hand. For example, because I\u2019m out jogging. Or in the shower. This clich\u00e9 is true. In such \u201cdistracted\u201d moments, one generally has ideas.<\/p>\n

I then calm myself down by saying that it\u2019s such a great thing that\u2019s just popping into my head. It will certainly come to me again. Because great ideas stay.<\/p>\n

What nonsense!<\/p>\n

No idea stays.<\/p>\n

Therefore: Write it down immediately!<\/p>\n

And\/or enlightenedly accept that the idea disappears back to where it came from: Into the infinite stream of life energy.<\/p>\n
